Full collision and comprehensive coverage is not automatically included, but you have two options: use your own personal auto insurance policy (if it covers rentals) or add a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) through us.

Vehicles may be driven freely throughout Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe (Key West), and all Florida counties are permitted.

Out-of-state travel requires prior written approval. If you need to drive to another state — Georgia, Tennessee, or beyond — notify us at booking and we'll authorize the trip for applicable vehicles.

Off-road driving, racing (including track days), and use in timed competitions are strictly prohibited for all vehicles in our fleet.

All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking for security and roadside assistance purposes. This is standard industry practice for exotic fleet-owned vehicles in South Florida.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of premium-grade fuel at no extra charge — exotic supercars require 91+ octane and we always fill accordingly.

We ask that you return the vehicle with the same fuel level as received. If returned with less fuel, a fueling surcharge is applied at the current local pump price plus a $25 service fee.

For electric vehicles like the Tesla Cybertruck, we deliver with a full charge and ask that you return with at least 20% battery remaining to avoid a charging fee.

All fuel charges are documented transparently in your rental agreement — no hidden markups or surprise fuel invoices.

All tolls incurred during your rental period are automatically charged to your SunPass/EZPass transponder included with the vehicle — no cash or stopping at toll plazas required.

Toll charges are billed at the standard SunPass rate — we do not add an administrative surcharge on top of tolls.

Parking tickets and traffic violations issued during your rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter. If we receive a ticket notice after your return, we will forward it to you along with a $25 processing fee.

Speed camera fines (if issued on Florida toll roads with speed monitoring) are also the renter's responsibility and will be forwarded promptly upon receipt.

Smoking — including cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, and vaping devices — is strictly prohibited in all vehicles in our fleet.

If smoke odor or ash residue is detected upon return, a deep-cleaning deodorization fee of $500–$1,000 will be charged depending on severity and vehicle class.
